(In person events)
The evening begins with time to connect with flower (if you choose). Tea will be offered, with the option of infused honey or regular honey for sweetness. You'll also have the chance to explore an art gallery reflecting the layers of yoga and an opportunity to be part of the gallery.
The group will then gather and we’ll explore the theme of the event, a related meditation, journaling, and yin yoga.
The experience will also include personalized goodie bags featuring customized flower and holistic care items. Upon purchasing a ticket, you'll complete a short questionnaire asking about your flower preferences. -
I recommend you bring the following to the event:
Mat
Props (blocks or bolsters… I highly recommend bringing a thick blanket and/or pillows, yin is a passive practice where we spend all of our time on the floor, this is meant to be a comfortable experience so bring what will make you comfortable!)
Your journal
Writing material
Your flower
Open mind open heart

You do not have to consume flower to attend event, all the space is, is a judgement free zone for the those who choose to consume, all folks are welcomed.

I believe the foremost thing is no pressure. The call to connect with cannabis comes from within (which really is a call from cannabis herself). I supply low-dose infusions so it is a lower risk. Use the go low and slow approach. A big part of Kushi Yin is cannabis education, so if folks are unsure or need guidance on how to feel safe in their experience that can be provided. And lastly Kushi Yin is a stigma free zone.

Yin yoga is a gentle, meditative practice where passive poses are held for one to five minutes or longer.
These long holds give the connective tissues time to respond to sustained, gentle stress. When you release the pose, the tissue rebounds and draws in fresh fluid, supporting flexibility, ease, and spaciousness in the body.

The ECS is a body-wide receptor system that helps keep your mood, sleep, stress levels, immune function, inflammation, and overall balance (homeostasis) steady.
Your body naturally makes its own cannabinoid-like molecules that interact with ECS receptors to bring things back into equilibrium whenever they drift out of balance.Cannabis works by interacting with this same system.
Plant cannabinoids like THC, CBD, and others can bind to or influence ECS receptors, helping support relaxation, pain modulation, mood regulation, inflammation control, and overall balance in different ways.
